Refunds & Returns Policy
By placing an order with OzPhoneMart, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the following policy.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to make changes to your order before it ships, please email us at ozphonemart@gmail.com as soon as possible.
30-Day Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Returned with proof of purchase
- Free from physical damage caused after receipt
Eligible Returns
We accept returns in the following circumstances:
- The item received is faulty or not functioning as described
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged due to shipping
Return Shipping
For returns due to our error (wrong item, faulty device), OzPhoneMart will cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and applied to your original payment method.
Warranty Claims
All OzPhoneMart devices come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware faults. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or issues caused by unauthorised modifications. To make a warranty claim, contact us at ozphonemart@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
