OzPhoneMart offers free express shipping Australia-wide on all orders. We are based in Perth, Western Australia and ship to all states and territories.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

• Metro areas (Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide): 1–3 business days
• Regional areas (including regional WA, NT, Tasmania): 2–5 business days

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.

All orders include free express shipping at no additional cost. No minimum order value is required.

Packaging

All devices are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately at ozphonemart@gmail.com with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
